We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. All returns must be made within 05 days of receiving your order. We don’t accept returns or exchanges after the 05-day period.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned must be in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required. Please include your original receipt, packing slip, or order number with the returned merchandise. This information is necessary to process your return.
- Some items are non-returnable. These include clearance items, gift cards, personalized products, and health/beauty goods such as skincare and makeup products.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order
- Contact us first. Before sending a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number helps us track your return and ensure you receive your refund or exchange promptly.
- Pack and ship the item. Securely package the item(s) and include the original receipt or a note with your order number, name, address, and RMA number. Send the package to our return address (provided by customer service).
- Receive your refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the item and send the correct or replacement item at no additional cost to you.
